By downloading, installing, or using RenewAhead ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

• You must not use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

RenewAhead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Notifications will be delivered on time or at all (delivery depends on your device settings, OS, and network).
• The suggested lead times for document renewals are accurate for your specific situation.
• The app will be available without interruption or error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewAhead and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Missed renewal deadlines or expired documents.
• Fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from expired documents.
• Loss of data stored on your device.
• Interruption of service or failure to deliver notifications.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• RenewAhead is free to use with no document limits. The app is supported by advertisements.
• Ads are served by third-party ad networks. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.
• We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in RenewAhead are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
